Shipping Policy

Return & Refund Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. If a cancellation is approved for personal reasons, a small processing fee may apply.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Returns for unused standard items may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

LUMINKEY keyboards include a 1-year warranty covering internal PCB and core electronic components.
